1099 Tax Compliance

For those Small businesses and Entrepreneurs that just want help with your 1099 Tax Compliance. I have spent the over the last decade working with Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners and one of the biggest areas that always is the most frustrating for them is the 1099NEC/MISC work. As a Solopreneur myself, I can understand that frustration.
Why 1099 Compliance Matters:
If you paid $2,0001 or more to independent contractors2, gig workers, vendors, or landlords the IRS requires you to file 1099NEC/MISC forms. Missing this deadline can lead to penalties per form-and that’s per contractor. My service includes reviewing your independent contractors, gig workers, vendors, or landlord list, tracking and receiving the W-9 form, following up, preparing, and filing your 1099NEC/MISC forms. Don’t wait until January 2027 to do this 1099 compliance work, it will be harder to track down vendors and nonemployees. Plus the deadline is typically at the end of the January.
